Booking Deposit
Every booking — even via WhatsApp — requires a small SOKONI booking deposit paid upfront via M-PESA. This is SOKONI's guaranteed cut.

Booking Reference
After deposit, the client receives a unique booking reference sent with their WhatsApp/enquiry message. The provider sees it and knows SOKONI is tracking.

Service Completion
After the job is done, SOKONI auto-sends the provider a commission invoice via WhatsApp for their % of the total service fee.

Commission Settlement
Provider pays commission via M-PESA Paybill 522522, Account: their booking ref. Outstanding unpaid commissions suspend the listing.

Subscription Benefits
Pro and Business subscribers pay lower commission %. The subscription fee pre-covers part of the platform's earnings.
